You can place an order, but it won’t be started before they reach out to you and converse regarding your order. This is beneficial in the sense that you’ll know who you’re dealing with, but it takes a lot of time in our experience. They gave us a call a day after we placed our order. During that time, we had no idea if the company will handle our order or not.

As you can see, some of the prices are realistic such as the one for a cover letter. But, some are highly exaggerated like the LinkedIn profile makeover. Without any discounts, this pricing will hardly suit job seekers without a lot of cash to spare. Even if you opt for the package of LinkedIn and cover letter, this is still far from a good bargain.
Customer Service
Capstone Resumes has no working hours, at least not ones that are mentioned on the website. You cannot know when they are available, so you can only try and call the phone number or write a message. There is no live chat, so it is safe to say that they don’t work non-stop.
We experienced this first-hand, since the phone number was impossible to reach and it took the agents an entire day to reply to our consultation request. Be prepared to wait for a while, but know that they do deliver the orders provided on the site.
This does not make the company a great source of products. The quality is average at best and far from sufficient based on what kinds of prices they charge their customers. Many of their offerings are too costly for anyone, especially since they rejected our request for a free revision, which is supposed to come with every order.
Apparently, the ‘if necessary’ part means that the agents can decide on whether or not you’ll get a free revision. This is an unfair and rather fraudulent approach, especially since the company has no guarantee for interviews or any other kind listed on the official website.
All in all, using this service is not a good choice, neither financially nor quality-related. You might be satisfied by the average quality if the pricing was better, but with those rates, you can get much better service for many sources online. For some prices such as the LinkedIn profile quote, you can literally get an entire package from higher-rated companies these days.
